Please note the following limitations:

• Apparel must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• Apparel that has been altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.
• Apparel purchased from Baiby Luv.com can only be exchanged or returned through our online store.
• We will be happy to give a refund on any unworn apparel less shipping.
